Seven Horry County high school seniors were honored for their good citizenship qualities with the Good Citizen Award and a reception given March 5 by the Theodosia Burr chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Winners of the American History and Christopher Columbus essay contests, and a local history teacher also were honored.
